When preparing the election program according to sub-rule (1) and (2) of rule 29, the election officer shall mention the following programs in order and the date, time and The location should also be specified:-
(a) Publication of electoral roll,
(b) Application for correction of electoral roll,
(c) Registration of nomination papers of candidates,
(d) To publish the list of candidates whose nomination papers have been registered,
(e) Complaint against the candidate,
(f) Scrutiny of nomination papers,
(g) To publish the list of candidates,
(h) Withdrawal of Name by Candidate,
(i) To publish the final list of candidates,
(j) providing election symbols to candidates, and
(k) Voting.
(2) According to sub-rule (1) of rule 29, the election officer shall publish the program of the election of village executive or city executive within three days after the election of village assembly or municipal assembly is announced.
(3) According to sub-rule (2) of rule 29, the election officer shall publish the program related to the district coordination committee election in his office as prescribed by the commission.
(4) As far as possible, the relevant election officer shall inform the office of the relevant political party that the election program has been published in accordance with sub-rule (1).
